Satisfied Staff are more efficient and effective workers

Our Annual Employee Engagement Survey is one tool that we use to gauge how well we are doing in helping our staff to carry out their best work, for themselves and our clients. Overall, we had a 78% response rate, and we are looking to encourage a greater participation of this important annual survey.

The results showed that opportunities for skills development are important factors in helping staff be more efficient, as well as improved communication; which is something we are already looking at, with the development of a Staff Newsletter fully underway.

Recognition from managers received good scores with nearly two thirds responding they always receive credit, and all staff can see their future within the company.

We are particularly proud that the question “would you recommend Gateville Group as a great place to work” which ALL respondents replied yes. We will strive to ensure that we not only do great work, but that Gateville Group is also a great place to work.

Thank you to all staff for providing honest feedback. The responses will help us build a welcoming workplace culture where you can learn, thrive, and do your best work, and ensure that we are continuing to recruit, retain, and develop the best talent to serve Gateville Groups’s clients.
